One for you, one for me...

We went to the Lake grounds to feed the ducks today - but I think we went a bit too near to lunch time. After throwing a piece to the ducks, Isaac then ate a bit himself. Made us wish we'd defrosted the bread before we came out...

After spending the rest of the day at Gran and Granddad's house, we then dressed up warm to go out to the local primary school fireworks display with Isaac's Korean friend Han Joo. This gave Isaac the perfect excuse to dress up in his new 'spacesuit' coat and wellies. Isaac and Han Joo are best buddies and get very excited every time they see each other. They give each other kisses and hugs and pats on the back. As we walked out of the school tonight, they walked down the road together holding hands! They're very sweet. Isaac has taken to babbling endlessly using what seems like made up words. We think probably he's heard Han Joo talking in Korean and has been trying to copy him.

The fireworks weren't a huge hit - a few too many loud bangs a little bit too late in the evening. But the bag of sweets we bought him softened the impact!
