Grandma's 'posh' 60th

It was Grandma's 60th birthday this weekend so we've been looking forward to a weekend away with them to celebrate.

However, before we left on Saturday, we had some important business to attend to. Isaac is a paige boy at Uncle Sam and Auntie Ruth's wedding in a couple of weeks' time and so we went for a fitting. Isaac's been calling it his 'posh suit'... Unfortunately, he was finding it a little bit difficult to get used to and spent most of the time saying 'don't like posh suit, take off, too tight'. So it'll be plenty of practising wearing shirts in the next couple of weeks then!

Then it was Mummy's turn and we went down to Broadmead to buy her a 'posh dress'. Daddy will probably just wear his work suit (but may clean his shoes - if you're lucky).

After lunch, we travelled up to the Forest of Arden to stay at a 'posh golfing hotel'. We had a great time in the swimming pool, playing football, reading stories in the bar and raking the bunkers...
