The boys take time out
Another busy week at work was followed by a full weekend with my brother's stag day on Saturday (canoeing down the Severn!), Deborah leading the service at Highgrove on Sunday morning and me playing at Woodlands for the Worship special in the evening. As Isaac and I hadn't seen much of each other, we took some time out on Sunday morning and went to the Lake Grounds in Portishead.
We spoiled ourselves a bit by having ice cream and chips. We played on the beach for a bit (not quite sandy enough!), played football and played on the playground with all the big children.Unfortunately, it meant missing church but it was good to have some alone time together.

deb leading church while you spend time with the boy. we are seriously seriously impressed with that action. good boundaries, priorities and stuff. paul (you know the apostle one) would use you as an example .. so long as you spend time with the lovely wife sometime this week too!
we are very very emotional about only being able to love bristol from several thousand miles away. hope it's a good time for all.
