Number two...

We were thrilled to discover last month that we're expecting a baby at the end of September. We went for a dating scan this week to confirm the expected due date. We saw a strong heartbeat and lots of wriggling which was amazing (I wasn't sure I'd be so captivated the second time but it was incredible).

At the moment, we're also considering the possibility of Ed taking an extended break from work from around September time. This will probably be a combination of holiday, paternity leave and 6 weeks unpaid leave to give around two and a half months off. This will give us some much needed breathing space to get used to being a bigger family and a chance to get out of the rat race for a bit.
